Sessions are 55-60 minutes

Yes. We accept most commercial insurances as well as sliding scale and private pay

That is okay and completely normal. We start wherever you want to start!
What is the first session like?
Your first session is focused on getting to know you. You can also ask questions and get a feel for whether the space feels comfortable for you.
